Ray is an experienced Project Manager with 30 years’ expertise across development, new build, contracts, facilities, and consulting roles in Australia and the UK. He specialises in delivering complex commercial and government projects, with strong capability in risk, procurement, integration, cost management, and superintendent representation.

Nick Byok

Senior Project Manager

With over 15 years’ local and international experience delivering complex projects across workplace, retail, hospitality, hotel, and multi-residential sectors, Nick’s background in Architecture, helps to bring strong stakeholder engagement, communication, and an empathetic approach to support successful collaboration.

Erica Thomson

Senior Project Manager

Erica is an experienced Interior Designer with experience across education, crisis accommodation, workplace, and aged care, specialising in detailed briefing and concept development from small refurbishments to large, complex projects. With a collaborative and trauma-informed approach, she builds trusted relationships to create equitable, positive environments that reflect client needs, identity, and culture.

Ruan Van Der Merwe

Assistant Project Manager

Ruan brings experience across residential and commercial projects, with strong capability in contract administration, project management, and scheduling. With a degree in Applied Science (Construction Management) from Curtin University, he works effectively with diverse teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

Breanne’s local and international experience encompasses Business Management, Procurement, Product and Supply Chain Management.
With her strong relationship management skills, Breanne leads the GreenChair initiative driving and supporting its growth.

She has led complex change initiatives with a strong focus on people, driving stakeholder engagement and collaboration to deliver sustainable outcomes.

With a background in Economics, Frankie has worked in roles including project management, marketing and analytics.
Frankie is a circular economy champion and passionately supports GreenChair to repurpose commercial furniture and support local charities.
