• Curtin Singapore Campus, Singapore (Navitas)

  Client delivery and Project Management services for the new Curtin Campus  located in Singapore, including the management and co-ordination of the local Singapore delivery team. The project was successfully opened in July 2022. This new campus creates an amazing place for students to learn, collaborate and also just hang out. Click here to see this great project.

• Curtin College, Western Australia (Navitas)

  Client delivery and Project Management services for a new Curtin College facility located at Curtin University in the new Curtin’s Exchange precinct, including coordination of Agreement For Lease requirements and overall onsite delivery. The project was successfully delivered for its opening in August 2022 which creates a lively hub for students to study, work and enjoy campus life.

• St John of God, Outreach Services, Head to Health, Midland, Western Australia

  Project Management and Superintendent services for a fitout and refurbishment of a 900 sqm, for the free Head to Health walk-in mental health service, which was the first of its kind in Western Australia including consulting rooms and general receptions areas, staff areas and services. The project was delivered via an ECI arrangement to critical timing requirement for the opening on the 1st March 2022.

• Officeworks (Aventus), Midland, Western Australia

  Project Management and Superintendent services for the new large format retail of 2,200 sqm fitout located in Midland. The project was delivered via a Design and Construct contract methodology and included an initial defit. The main works delivered a warm shell & core and signage to the Officeworks standard specifications, allowing Officeworks to complete fitout works for their opening.

• Gold Fields, Perth, Western Australia

  Project Management and Superintendent services for the new head office of Gold Fields, a 3,600 sqm fitout over 3 floors located at 235 St Georges Terrace, project includes separable portion handovers and computer rooms and audio visual, and a large repurposing element for the fitout and also via the GreenChair program.

• Allendale Coworking, Fern , Perth, Western Australia

  Project Management and Superintendent services for a new coworking office, Fern, powered Spacecubed circa  700 sqm. This flex space has been re-imagined. The fitout includes premium features and amenities, with breakout spaces, a hidden retreat and collaboration areas.

• DLA Piper Fitout, Perth, Western Australia

  Project Management and Superintendent service for DLA Piper (Perth) circa 2,500 sqm including the construction of the law offices in a COVID-19 environment. The office design is based on the concepts of flexibility, innovation and collaboration, using the latest in virtual meeting and AV technology, as well as breakout zones and quiet rooms. This was a collaboration with Spitfire Control.

• Caroma Office & Warehouse, Welshpool, Western Australia

  Project Management and Superintendent services for the relocation of the Corama office and warehouse to their new location in Welshpool. Consisting of 300 sqm of office and 7,000 sqm of industrial warehouse. This was a collaboration with Spitfire Control.

• Miss Chows Restaurant, South Perth, Western Australia

  Project Management and Superintendent services for a new restaurant located on the river consisting of seating for 200 people kitchens, loose furniture procurement and interface with base building.

• Keystart Head Offices, Subiaco, Western Australia

  Project Management and Superintendent services for a new and flexible 1,300 sqm workplace including a collaboration areas, complex ICT integration and change management.

• Insight Early Learning Centre, North Coogee, Western Australia

  Providing Design Management for a Design and Construct contract. Involved in the Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) process for value engineering to bring the project to budget for all the key stakeholders.
