The Relocation Management role will generally include:

• Establish a Relocation Team and Champions

• Establish a Relocation Strategy Plan.

• Chair and schedule meetings.

• Interface and Incorporate ICT and Change Management aspects.

• Prepare time programmes with Milestone dates.

• Interface with any built works.

• Prepare BAU Checklists and Relocation Run-sheets.

• Prepare removal Request for Quotation and Scopes of Work

• Coordinate physical relocation.

• Seeking instructions from the client in relation to the contract.

• Develop Day 1 Assistance coordination.
